Don't put all your eggs in one basket - [E-Gossip闲话]
If you want to play the stockmarket, it's smarter to divide your money and buy three or four different stocks instead of putting the whole amount into just one stock and putting all your eggs in one basket. That's what the economists taught us.
But this saying is not only able to be used in stockmarket, but also in your life. Many friends felt their life is busy but boring. They devote themselves entirely to their family and the kids. The family is happy but they are still not happy. They worry a lot about their husbands and their children. They worried about the husbands' job, their children's homework. Also , some of them worry that their husbands might get lovers outside.
Oh, our life should not be like that! That's not good to put all your mind in one thing--even it's your family. Yes the family is very important for a person. But's it should not be the ONLY ONE. Take your life as a table. If the table has one one leg, yes it can stand well. But the pressure there is too big for this only leg. And if one day this leg has something wrong, the table will collapse to the ground. If you put all your attention on your family, everyone in the family will have to bare the pressure from you. And everytime when they can't get to your aim, you will get very angry. That's obviously bad for the relationship. You will be surprised to find that the more you expect the worse they do.
I think for women it's important to build your own world in your mind. You can learn to draw, to dance, to sing, to plant and so on. You must have time for your own to stay alone to enjoy your life. When you have something else to busy with. You will not take your family to a too important place. You will be more relax when you look at your family and everything happen there. I believe your family will be more happy.
Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Your life should be devided to different parts:your family, your friends, your interests, and the most important is that you should keep your own secrect place. That's always your secrect garden. Even though the people and the world will die one day, the garden will never disappear.

A Thousand Kisses Deep(hard to translate a song) - [Learn from songs]
I always think it's very hard to translate a song or a poem from other languages. Sometimes even when i am moved by a song, i can't catch the whole picture of it. I can only feel the song. I can imagine parts. This is one of my favourite. But now when i try to tranlsate it, i feel it really hard. I found i could even understand the meaning deep inside even though i look up the dictionary and get the chinese meaning. I think it's really a good way to learn from morden songs, novels, TV plays and movies.
A Thousand Kisses Deep 千吻之深
The ponies run, the girls are young
The odds are there to beat
You win a while, and then it's done
Your little winning streak
And summoned now to deal
With your invincible defeat
You live your life as if it's real
A Thousand Kisses Deep我们球队连胜了十场。The shareholders were summoned to a general meeting.那些股东被召集去叁加股东大会。it is defeat that makes men invincible.是挫折使人战无不胜。beat the odds 是克服困难的意思
I'm turning tricks, I'm getting fixed
I'm back on Boogie Street
You lose your grip, and then you slip
Into the Masterpiece
And maybe I had miles to drive
And promises to keep
You ditch it all to stay alive
A Thousand Kisses Deep
例句1: Those are for women who have lost their money and have to turn tricks.
例句2:a ten-year-old crack whore turning tricks for her mother
其中的whore是妓女的意思..所以按语境.应该是卖淫的意思He tightened his grip on her arm.他紧抓她的手臂
- The frightened child gripped his mother's arm. 这个受惊的孩子紧紧地抓着妈妈的胳膊。
And sometimes when the night is slow
The wretched and the meek
We gather up our hearts and go
A Thousand Kisses DeepIn a meek or humble manner. 谦逊的以一种谦卑或温顺的方式
- Blessed are the meek. 温顺的人有福了.
- She is as meek as a lamb. 她像小羊一样的温顺。
Confined to sex, we pressed against
The limits of the sea
I saw there were no oceans left
For scavengers like me
I made it to the forward deck
I blessed our remnant fleet
And then consented to be wrecked

Writing because peole are reading - [E-Diary流水]
That's one of the most important reason why I keep writing so much in different blogs--people are reading. We talk because people are listening. If there's no one waiting for your words, you will not be able to keep on one thing day by day. Although writing is not a big thing, but it need hard work too! So Brother Water~ Thank you for pushing me~~.
Yesterday i was too busy to write anything. Sometimes I ask myself why i am so busy all days? No it's not because of my job. It's not a really hard one. Most of my colleagues are having leisure time. It's not because of my work. I don't spend much time on my work. Instead, I surf online, chat with friends, draw pictures, writing in blogs, and also read books. And I always get lots of unknown plans at the next moment. I can't stop thinking of creating or learning something interesting. Maybe from now on I should learn to choose the most important among those, if I really want to be good at something. ..

I will try my best - [E-Diary流水]
From now on,I will write in English every day. According to many successful English learners, that's a good way to learn and improve my English. I am getting ready to study abroad for 3 months, but my languange is not ready at all. I haven't writen for a long time. Again I am shy to speak English. One day I have a terrible nightmare. In it I met Andrew, one of the teacher in my university. He looked as young as before, handsom and kind. I was so glad to meet him again! I showed him around in the famous Baomo Garden. But to my surprise, I can’t even say a single sentence in English. I felt to die because I really eagered to introduce the culture to him as what I wanted to do before. To my surprise again he spoke Chinese! Though we could talk a lot in Chinese and English. But soemtimes we felt hard to express ourselves because we are not good at each other’s languages. I am very afraid one day when I arrive in England and found this nightmare becomes true. So I’d better try my best to speak more and read more. Also, I will try to learn as much as I can about this country. England, I will be the best of myself when I am in your arm!

What if I am Teacher Fan - [E-Gossip闲话]
A few days ago, a teacher posted an article telling of his experience in the earthquake . He was in a classroom on an upper floor of a middle school. He dashed out of the classroom and hurried downstairs to the playground to find that he was the first to have escaped to safety. The students didn't know what happened at very beginning even though they saw their teacher rush out of the classroom. When they realized it's a earthquake and ran to the playground they asked their teacher why he left them away and escaped alone. The teacher, Mr. Fan replied, "I am one who pursues freedom and fairness rather than one who will sacrifice his life to save others. Faced with the choice between life and death, I would possibly consider to sacrifice my life only if it were to save my daughter; I wouldn't care about anybody else even if she was my mother."
Undoubtedly, the artical started a big debate. Most peole thought the man betrayed "teachers' professional ethics", many showed their sympathy for his natrual reaction.
i respect the teacher who died protecting their students. But I am really not sure what i will do if i am in that situation. Will i be calm? Will i run away? Will i try to protect my students? i don't know, i am not sure. Because i've never been in such situation, how can i know my reaction? Faced with the choice of life and death, i am not sure what i will take. i might be with my family together at that time, but i still can't make sure about my reaction. So i dont think i have the right to blame Teacher Fan, a common person who escaped from danger, even though he's a teacher who is suposed to sacrifice for his students. But we are living in a society, we can't negate the public's common sense. It reminds me another event which seems totally different-- Edison Chen's photos. Taking those photos is legally inculpable, but those private photos were posted in public. Most voiced they challenged the public's common sense. So Edison Chen still had to make an apology. So i think i won't blame him on escaping at that urgent moment, but i will say it's not appropriated to give such excuses especially for the students. He's showing a bad example.

Lost my English - [E-Diary流水]
Finally I got mic to talk in chatroom.
But poorly I couldn't express myself at all.
I understood what he said but couldn't make any answers.
Most of the time we, including me, are waiting for my words coming out from this slow head....
Gosh, I must practise more ......................
or I will really lose my English.

Wat we expect kids to learn? - [E-Gossip闲话]
Yesterday my colleagues talks about their kids. Most are in primary school. One of them, a girl told her mother she HATED English. Teachers in the primary school pushed the kids recite all the words and text in the book. You know the girl is too young to remember all those long words. Even in Chinese, the words are too difficult for her.
i can't help asking this question: What do they expect kids to learn?
How many English words do they need to know? How wonderful should their English be?
We dont know. All we can see from this case is that kids are going to HATE English.

it's nice to meet friends.
It's nice to know there's someone missing you.
Tonight I got into uc chatroom again. Though most of the people there are strangers, a person sent me flowers. And later when I got into English Corner, an old friend saw me and told me he missed me.
Even in real life, it's hard to get someone who cares you, who remembers you for a long time. "People come and go and walk away, but I am not going anywhere" I used to like singing this song in the rooms. I knew that internet is just a place for fun. We are not coming for real friends. People keep changing their names. Today he is Tom , tomorrow Jackson , the next day Yaoming, even Mary. I can even know who the people talking to me is. Friends are only words typing in the windows on the computer. I dont know what they look like and what their jobs really are. How can we expect people to remember us by names?
But they remember me, they tell me they are missing me.
That's nice, really nice.
